Youth Music Initiative
Our children and young people across the region benefit from the Youth Music Initiative which is funded by Scottish Government through Creative Scotland.
In our region there are many opportunities for children and young people to take part in music based projects in schools, these include projects with national organisations such as Scottish Opera, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Drake Music Scotland who specialise in working with learners with additional needs and Feis Rois who lead on engagement with traditional music and Gaelic culture.
The Scottish Government, through Creative Scotland, also fund individuals and organisations for music based projects
