Community asset transfer requests received
CAT Stage 1 and Stage 2 applications in progress
Stage 1 of our Community Asset Transfer process is an expression of interest which allows us to check title and collate information which is useful to the community transfer body in developing a business plan. A Ward Officer is also allocated to support the group at this point.
Stage 2 involves a formal application accompanied by the community transfer body's business case, which will give an indication of social return on investment and a financial plan demonstrating how the community transfer body will sustain the running of the property.
