Area Committees and Sports Councils invite funding applications for 2014/15

Dumfries & Galloway Council invites funding applications from voluntary/community organisations to Area Committees and Sports Councils for 2014/15.
Applications will be considered for projects or activities that fit closely with the criteria set by the local Area Committees (Annandale and Eskdale; Nithsdale; Stewartry; Wigtown).
All awards must be spent within the financial year.
If your project or activity covers more than one area of the region you can apply to the relevant Area Committees.
Applications must be submitted on or before 5pm on Friday 6 December 2013 for consideration in March/April 2014. If funds remain after this, applications will continue to be accepted.
Sports funding applications for 2014/15 may be submitted from March 2014 onwards. There are no deadlines and applications are considered each month.
Successful funding awards will be paid from April 2014 onwards.
