• Having their song played on local radio until 31/12/13
• A recording session at Oasis Youth Centre – Dumfries
• £200 cash for the 1st Prize

Prof. Hazel Borland, Director of Nursing NHS D&G and DAVAWP Chair, said, “In the previous years we had brilliant entries which demonstrated a very good understanding of domestic abuse and other forms of gender based violence. In addition to that, almost 2,000 people in Dumfries and Galloway voted online for their favourite songs …this is a very effective way of engaging with the wider community and of raising awareness of these complex issues, especially amongst young people. ”
