Local MSP Emma Harper will also be in attendance to assist local residents. Any resident of Stranraer and the Rhins is welcome to attend an advice surgery. Councillor Dashper can be consulted on any Council matter, or issue you feel is important and is regularly available for in person meetings, Zoom calls, and home visits.
