Styling of the Address Lookup field type needs to honour the following settings and should be consistent with the layout presented to the user within the Forms Designer:

Show Fieldset Label = True/False
Show Fieldset Border = True/False
Postcode Width = Very short, Short, Medium, Long
Postcode Label = Empty or not
Address Width = Very short, Short, Medium, Long
Address Label = Empty or not

Note that the widths of the input boxes should tie up with the widths of the standard Text Input (and other) field types.

It also needs to layout well at the top-level (and within a Vertical layout).
