Get a Blue Badge disabled parking permit

You can park in certain restricted areas if driving or travelling as a passenger with a Blue Badge disabled parking permit.

Blue Badges help people with disabilities or health conditions park closer to their destination. If you have a Blue Badge you can also apply for a marked disabled parking bay on the road outside or close to your home to show that the space has been reserved for a disabled person.

Some people can get a Blue Badge automatically and others may need a further assessment. It can take up to 10 weeks to process applications, depending on your circumstances.
